You are responsible for paying any applicable shipping and handling charges. If you are local, we can deliver in-stock purchases to you typically within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery charges vary by location and items purchased.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Warranties

We warrant that the products and services we sell will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1-25 years from the date of purchase, depending on the item. We will not be liable for any damages you suffer as a result of your use of our website or services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or revenue, business interruption, or personal injury.

Placing an order

Some mattress-in-box products not in stock will be directly shipped to your door from the main warehouse. Expect a deliver timeframe of 7-15 days.

Delivery

Mattress LLC provides fee-based local delivery service of products to residence and commercial locations with delivery-to-door service. Shipping direct-to-door is also available on many products.

This Delivery subject to availability and location of delivery address. "Delivery" means to the main door. Customer is responsible to place items where desired. Any assistance in this process provided by the delivery person may be offered at the customer's request. Mattress LLC is not responsible or liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by compliance with said requests.

Returns & refunds

100-day Sleep Guarantee on any mattress purchase over $500! Does your mattress not sleep the way you'd hoped? Doesn't lay up to your expectations? Return your mattress for 100% credit of the purchase price!

But wait! Is your mattress returnable? Never go without a mattress protector. In order for your return to be received, the mattress must be stain-free, clean of all solid and liquid spills and body fluids. A mattress protector will keep your mattress clean and sanitary, and reduce allergens such as dust and dust mites as well.

Please affirm the cleanness of your mattress prior to returning.

Items must be unmutilated, unstained, and in receivable condition to be accepted for returns.
